Shipping

How will my package be delivered? We hand the package over to the relevant parcel service or drop-off point. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We hold the track & trace codes, so we can check when and where the shipment is. It may happen that you are not at home when the courier delivers the package. If you are not at home, the package will be offered again the next working day or taken to a pick-up point.

Shipping costs

For orders you pay € 6.95 in shipping costs.

Can I return my items? (Cancelling a purchase)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

How does it work? Want to use your right of withdrawal? Then simply contact us via [email protected]

Clearly state your name, order number and which items you want to return. We will then send you the instructions to return the products to us (for example via MyParcel).

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including any standard shipping costs for the outbound delivery, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the purchase.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the products.
