Minefield

For the Minefield game you need a deck of playing cards and 2 dice. Shuffle the cards and lay them out as shown below (6 by 6). Then pick 8 cards where losers get penalty points.

After that, take turns rolling the 1st die (horizontal) and the 2nd die (vertical) to determine the card you land on.

Land on a penalty point? Then you get the agreed number of penalty points and you move it somewhere else (you can also place it on the corner of a card to target several cards).

Land on a card? Then guess the colour and flip it over. Right = next player's turn. Wrong = 3 penalty points and roll again.

The game ends when all cards have been flipped face up.
